Halloween 2009 Scavenger Hunt on Kate.net!

Be 1 of the first 2 people to find all 5 of the Halloween scavenger hunt items shown below on the Kate.net website, and you will win your choice of the customization of one of the Kate.net wallpapers or screensavers shown below. This contest is open to anyone. If you are a newsletter subscriber, feel free to forward the newsletter to friends to let them know about the scavenger hunt.

The Rules

Scour the Kate.net website for the 5 Halloween items shown below, making note of each page URL/address or page name on which you find a scavenger hunt item. The items could be located on ANY current Kate.net website page, in any section. You must find ALL 5 items in order to win. These images must be found in the format as shown (and NOT as shown in any of my header graphics, on link buttons, or in wallpapers, screensavers, or printables. The images will be within the center content portion of each page on white background. These images will NOT be found within the Halloween section!)
Send an email to me at kate@kate.net listing each item and the page (page URL/address or page name) on which it was found.
The first 2 people to reply correctly via email will win a customized wallpaper or screensaver from the list below. (Note that the winners will need to pick one size from the existing wallpaper sizes I have available for any wallpapers shown and MUST agree to all contest rules, details, and copyright information.)
You DO NOT need to pick which customized item you would like when you submit your scavenger hunt answers (if you win, you can choose later), although you are welcome to do so if you would like.

Contest Details and Copyright Information

This contest is open to everyone except those in any areas that prohibit any such contests. Contest will remain open until I have received two (2) correct and complete sets of answers to the contest. Only one customized prize per winner. Winners will be notified via email, at which point they may respond with their pick of one (1) customized wallpaper or screensaver from the list below. Customization options will be available only as noted below; no other customization will be done. No additional wallpaper sizes will be created; if winner selects a wallpaper, it must be from one of the existing sizes. Winners must specify (1) the one item from the list specified below that they'd like customized, (2) the one wallpaper size desired (if applicable/if not a screensaver), and (3) the exact wording desired for the customization. Upon receipt of an email listing the desired prize and corresponding information from the winners, prizes will be customized and emailed directly to the winners at my earliest convenience (hopefully very quickly, barring anything unforeseen). Winners' names will be posted in the next newsletter (the first name and last initial only).

All customized images, wallpapers, and screensavers remain Copyright � Kate.net Winning of a customized Kate.net wallpaper or screensaver does NOT transfer any copyright or give any license to winner to use items for any purpose other than as specified: Wallpapers may ONLY be used as a personal (home, work, or school) computer's desktop background and not for any other purpose. Wallpapers may NOT be used as web page backgrounds, as email stationery, or in any other electronic format, and may NOT be used for print. Wallpapers and screensavers may not be posted on any web site, whether for personal use or commercial use. Wallpapers and screensavers may NOT be further customized, modified in any way, disassembled, or have parts of them used in other creations, and the copyright line may NOT be removed from the wallpaper or screensaver. As a winner of the Kate.net Halloween 2009 Scavenger hunt customized wallpaper or screensaver, you may give the wallpaper or screensaver to a friend or family member (e.g., if you win the "Happy Birthday" wallpaper customized to say, "Happy Birthday, Mom!" you can give the wallpaper to your mom.) There is no monetary (cash value) assigned to any of the prizes.
